Does anyone have any suggestions as to reducing the reach on Ultegra STI's? I've heard of shimming them (like the new women's Ultegra), but don't know how or where to attach the shims.

Wylder make the shims you are refering to. They are somewhere in California. Santa Cruz methinks. Maybe drop them a line and get the right advice. sales@wylder.com
Click here for their website and here for the STI shim link.

Any idea what happened to Wylder?

I'm also looking for good links about making shims myself.

    Thanks if you can help.
