Due to the radical change in technology, both deraileurs are not what
they were a couple years ago when I first posted.
Both deraileurs are completely different today, not even close to what
they were when you MTBers commented on what you thought was better and
yielded extreme performance compared to the other one.
I suspect XT might have passed SRAM X0 now.
Both have a carbon fiber cage, and very close proximity to the chain.
