    Definite DUMP if you race!

Keep if you commute after hours or have no interest in racing. Or get one of those flashing one's.

The ones on the wheels are useless. Get rid of them. By the time someone who is coming at you from the side sees them, you've either been hit by them, or you are way past the street they're coming down.

Lights beat reflectors hands down, they're a cheap insurance policy.

If you ride at night and it is busy, use them. Better to look a bit silly and be safe and alive. If the bike is your only train/race set up, Get lights and reflectors that can clip on and off easy. Tape is also a good idea. Be safe, its better to have a .002kg heavier bike than a truck up your bum!!
