Reivers cycle route

Hi, some workmates and I are planning on doing the Reivers cycle ride from Whitehaven to Tynemouth
on late May this year. We have ordered the map and guide book but I was wondering if anyone could
point me in the direction of an accurate route map on the web? Any other advice on doing the route
would be gratefully received.
