PFC perfluorocarbon metabolites. Makes EPO & cow blood seem so tame.

Mauro spent ten days in the University Hospital--mostly in the ICU.

Eventually Mauro became Chris Horner's boss at Sanier Duval.

Nothing has changed except the research drugs and methods.

That's a very good article. It's kind of scary to mess with your blood that way. Riders should just take a bunch of Sudafeds before a race. It's what hockey players do.
 
I guess the cow blood IVs are less dangerous than the PFC gas bus.
