rent a recumbent

Greetings,

I ride a Rans Stratus XP with panniers and do a lot of self supported
touring in the USA. I am interested in the End to End ride in the U.K.
as well as the circuit of the North
Sea--http://www.challengebikes.com/html/index.php?taal=en&selectie=5000kmrecumbent

That link is a terrific journal with pictures of a self supported tour
as named by a 60ish Netherlander on a Challenge Fujin.

Is it reasonable to think about renting a recumbent in the U.K. or
perhaps the Netherlands? Shipping my bike--it is a long wheel base and
is subject to both the bicycle fee and the oversize fee. I would need a
bike for about a month. Thanks for any help.

A quick google says:

Seems very expensive to me.

Maybe you could drop these an email:

In Antwerp, Belgium. A stones throw from Holland.

These in the Netherlands are a bit cheaper, 24 Euros a day:

Doesn't seem to be an English version, but their email address is
