I assume you meant a *recipe*.

This is a very simple but delicious unbaked one, and you can change the
    flavour easily.

For a baked one, the others have some great recipes.

    Title: Lemon Cheesecake
    Category: Dessert
    Servings: 0

    ---
    Ingredients
    ---

    Crust:
    1 c. crushed biscuits
    2 oz. butter, melted

    Filling:
    1 packet lemon jelly
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1 tbs. grated lemon rind
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    250 g cream cheese
    375 g evaporated milk, chilled
    1 c. caster sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla essence

    ---
    Instructions
    ---

Combine biscuit crumbs and butter. Press into 9 inch pan. Bake 10
mins at 180 C. Cool and chill.
Dissolve jelly crystals in boiling water, add lemon rind and juice.
Cool slightly. Beat evaporated milk till thick and about twice the
volume. Beat cheese till smooth, separately, blend in sugar, vanilla
and milk. Fold in jelly mixture. pour into crumb crust. Chill for
    several hours or overnight.

    ---
    Notes
    ---

To vary: omit lemon rind and use another flavoured jelly.

"receipt" is an old-fashioned word for "recipe". I can see where the
    OP,
who apparently is posting from Hong Kong, might use that word. IIRC
(and I could be wrong about this, big-time) "receipt" is a little more
    British than American.

Tell that to the IRS. 🙂
