We received as a gift a can of Jalapeno Jelly. I asked the guy who gave it to us for the recipe, and
he said that he has bought it, he didn't make it. It is VERY good. Any recipes out there?

Whilst rooting through a basket of wild mjushrooms I picked out 3 black truffles. normally I use the
wild mushrooms in a risotto... I've never used truffles before though - Do I just slice them up like
the other mushrooms? Does anyone have a recipe or two that uses truffles??
