There was a Chilean bakery here in Edmonton that closed down. They made 3 wedding cakes. One was a
cornflake cake layered with coconut and choc. The other two were a vanilla cake with whipped cream
topped either with peaches or pineapple. I'm not sure what the middle layer between the cake
was...either Philadelphia cream cheese or some type of yogurt maybe.?? Got any ideas for trying to
find this old secret Chilean recipe of the whipped cream wedding cakes? I've tried searching the net
but haven't really found anything substantial. Thanks Geoffrey

peaches cantaloue ginger Help I need to find a recipe for Peach Melon Conserve. I think it has
peaches, cantaloupe and ginger in it. It was a favorite of my grandmother--so it must be an older
recipe--and we would like to make it for her. thanks Lily....

I was given a large amount of Farmer's Cheese. It is something like ricotta. What can I make with
this? Some recipes, please!
