In the movie "Chocolat" (Juliette Binoche, Johnny Depp, Lena Olin, Alfred Molina, etc), the lady who
ran the Chocolate Shoppe served a drink she called "hot chocolate" but it didn't look anything like
the hot chocolate that I've had. The hot chocolate I'm accustomed to is more milky and thin, but the
drink in the movie looked like hot fudge sauce. However, people in the movie were drinking it as a
beverage. Is there such a drink? Or was that just done for effect for the movie? If there really is
a drinkable hot chocolate like that, does anyone have a recipe for it?
