i always get marie's frozen spaghetti dinner, but i wanna learn ow to make

Club Salad Sandwich With Cream Cheese Frosting
Many years ago there was an appetizer that we used to make. It was three
salads, chicken, egg and ham layered on top of each other with white bread
in between the layers. We would make it on a cookie sheet and it would
look like a white frosted cake when it was done.
I can't remember how to make the cream cheese frosting. Is this something
that you would have?
Our friend is retiring and we want to make all the "old" dishes that we
used to make for parties when we were young.
Any help that you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Today I tasted a lovely meal at the airport. It was a tomato based sauce
and contained onion;capsicum,red and green; zucchini; broccholi and
carrot. the broccholi and carrot may have been left over from somethng
else. I would love to have the recipe.
