Dear rec.food.recipes,
We have sampled shop-bought ready-made lemoncello desserts from UK = supermarkets, but we would
like to make our own (less sickly sweet & = less soggy) version. We could inevitably experiment
with quantities of = mascarpone, limoncello liqueur, savoiardo biscuits, egg yolk, amaretto =
biscuits, etc. However, it would be greatly appreciated if someone could = provide a good basic
recipe we can try.

I am looking for a really good, bake-shop type of coconut macaroon. I tried the Eagle Brand recipe
but they weren't the same. I want the big, soft, chewy, fluffy mound type.
