Pizza Shack in Mongtomery, Montgomery Co., Texas serves a heavenly bread
pudding I wish to serve for Thanksgiving. It is made with bread not cake,
flavored with vanilla and a bit of cinnamon, has a light delicate cutard
texture and is less sweet than most other bread puddings I've had.
It's sooo good, when you take the first bite and your eyes drift shut while you
savor the flavor, a neighboring diner will strike up a conversation with you
about it - or raise a wine glass to offer a toast. I don't normaly even care
for bread pudding.
