Yesterday while in the doctor's waiting room I came across an issue of Oprah, which I began to look
at. In there was an ad for Safeway Select Dinners, this one being Ginger Chicken. Wow, did that look
good! In the ad it said something like, "white chicken covered in a sweet and delicately spicy
ginger sauce..." It looked too good!!

Does anyone have any recipes or ideas how I could make a simple ginger sauce, "delicately" spiced,
to pour over some boneless chicken breast?

Thanks! Mark Ferrante

I live in N.Ireland but I'm often in Florida visiting relatives. I love eating Key Lime Pie. Has
anyone got a good recipe for this. When I visit Florida I often buy one in Publix Supermarket.

At a french country style restaurant I had '7 hour roasted lamb shank'. It was delicious - the meat
was dry - yet succulent and very tender (so it was not braised).

Does anyone have a recipe or ideas - or is it 7 hrs in the oven at its lowest setting? <G>

TIA

A friend of mine's grandson has just been diagnosed with a sever allergy to eggs. Are there any good
baking recipes without eggs (including pancakes etc.). He's only 2 so there are quite a few
birthdays and parties ahead of him and his mom. Thanks

Cowboy Steak seasoning

Does anybody know what the seasoning is that Claim Jumper puts on their Cowboy Steak? We'd rather
make it at home than pay $25 for it at the restaurant.

Thanks bunches.

desserts in ramekins

I do a lot of cooking for two and I am looking for individual dessert recipes (2 servings) that can
be made in ramikens or creme brulee dishes. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
