Request: I'm seeking a recipe I used to know as "Refrigerator Cukes" It started outusing salt to
leech the water out of the cukes, but after that, they were mixed with sugar and some spices and
minced red pepper, placed in jars and then refrigerated.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I live in the Ft. Wayne, Indiana area. Years ago, there was a restaurant called the Trolley Bar, and
they served a coleslaw named after the chef. It was called Cartwright's Coleslaw. Does anyone have
this recipe. I had it, but unfortunately, have lost it. Thank you.
