  1. I am constructing an assignment which includes the respiratory System.
    I would appreciate it if anyone would get back to me on the functions
    of the upper structures that make up the respiratory system.

  2. There are a number of upper structures in the respiratory system.
    These include, Hard Palate, Tongue, Oesophagus, Trachea and Salivary
    glands. The function of the salivary glands is to secrete saliva. The
    secretion is controlled by the autonomic nervous system.
