BS. IMBA recommends creating "twisty" trails that slow down users, making them cover less terrain
overall, and causing less erosion.

hehe, this is way too much fun. I promise everybody, I'll stop after this, I just really don't want
to write this psych paper!

You cannot prove that the "scars on Marin County hillsides" are solely attributable to bicycles (or
is even significant compared to that caused by hikers and equestrians).

You have not denied that the logging industry has financially supported your precious Marin County
lifestyle.

You didn't even bother to deny occupying the same compound in Synanon with Vandeman.

Care to come clean, Terri?

I'll go even farther. Terri has repeated and embellished the same handful of stories over and
over--much like Vandeman's famed whipsnake incident. Odds are NONE of these events took place
recently. They probably weren't even contemporary to each other.

Here's the real story about Tamarancho:

http://www.boyscouts-marin.org/camps/fot.htm

It appears that the only tresspassers would be those who fail to pay the appropriate fees to the
Marin Council of the Boy Scouts of America before riding the trails.

In my search, I ran across this tidbit: When Officer Ric Alvillar, the husband of FAIRFAX PLANNING
COMMISSIONER Terri Alvillar, died, his blood alcohol level was 0.31. He was on paid leave from the
department awaiting word whether he would be fired over allegations that included insubordination
and untruthfulness. Here is where I found it:

The trespassers used (and use) land ADJACENT to Tamarancho. I wasn't referring to the camp itself.

Regarding Ric Alvillar, the best, most respected and loved police officer that Fairfax has ever had
and ever will have, watch Case No. C02 5828 in the US District Court, Northern District of
California, Judge Jeffrey S. White, my complaint for damages for civil rights violations under color
of law against the Town of Fairfax, Police Chief Hughes, and former Sgts. James Providenza (now of
San Anselmo) and Dan Johnston (now of Truckee). Causes of action, Ethnic-Based Discrimination,
Ethnic-Based Discrimination/Hostile Environment, Retaliation for Exercise of Protected Speech,
Denial of Substantive Due Process, Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress, Wrongful Death, and
Negligent Hiring, Retention, Training, Supervision and Discipline.

So nothing TD said was incorrect, just disputed. I'm sorry about the situation with your husband,
but your attacks on mountain bikers are just plain stupid. You sound just like Mr. V. and because of
that you will expose yourself to the exact same tatics you use against everyone us. As I see it you
have 2 choices, become reasonable or quit whining.

But I would venture you would be very happy if the camp itself didn't exist. All those little boy
scouts keeping the land from being devloped into a golf course or some other endeavor that would
undoubtedly increase ADJACENT property values.

And what about the phrase "illegal Tamarancho trail builders"? Which noun does the adjective
"illegal" modify--trail or builders? The trail is not illegal, and the last time I checked, it was
not illegal to BE a builder.

If by some stroke of judicial idiocy Terri actually wins this frivolous lawsuit against the Town of
Fairfax (and is personally awarded with taxpayers' money), I'm sure we'll all hear about it. In the
more likely event that it's thrown out of court, I'm sure her silence will be deafening.

I have seen nothing written by Commissioner Alvillar that isn't vindictive, misleading, and
ultimately self-serving.

Geeze. You know, sometimes bad things happen to good people. Lightning strikes, an innocent
person gets caught in the machine. But "lightning", or in this case, an unjust firing,
rarely strikes twice. Methinks that Officer Avillar must've made a habit of wearing copper
underwear and standing on hilltops during thunderstorms. I feel very sorry for Terri for the
loss of her husband, and, to a certain extent, I can understand where all that pent up rage
is coming from. Imagine doing some guy's dirty laundry for years, he goes and freakin'
*dies* on you, and you're STILL cleaning up his messes...

Oh sure. Horses and hikers make narrow tracks with lots of little holes in them. Right.

And you cannot prove that you aren't as ugly as sin.

Kathleen has demonstrated her compassion and humanity on many occasions. I've been taken to task
myself more than once.

Why didn't you respond to my pictures of erosion caused by walkers, Terri? Here's where I rode today
- http://www.btinternet.com/~peteajones/temp/lordseat/lordseat-700.jpg In that picture you can't see
(another) walkers' path up the mountain in the background, that's so eroded thay've again had to get
the diggers in.

Terri is now referring to herself in the third person.

Ric's death may be tragic, but Terri's lawsuit surrounding it is frivolous. It will not benefit him
or his memory, and may end up costing taxpayers (whose interests she claims to protect) a lot of
money. If this isn't self-serving, I don't know what is.

Being a staunch anti-MTBer requires a certain dogma, and the many realities that don't fit that
