RFI: FD Ultergra 6503 work on 30/39/53 crank?

tech spec says 22 tooth max. Will that extra tooth make
a difference? Shifting is FRICTION, and won't be spending much time in
the 30, and it's a good price on the derailleur.

No, it will work fine. The 6603 or DAx3 with a 42 middle is the problem
