  1. Rhubarb Pie

    1 1/2 cups rhubarb, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
    3/4 cup sugar 1 egg 2 Tbsp flour 1 double pie crust
    (recipe follows)

    Mix sugar, egg and flour and add to rhubarb. Place in
    between crusts in pie plate and bake at 375 degrees for
    about 30 minutes.

    Easy Roll Pie Crust ~makes 3 double crusts, may be frozen
    for later use.

    1 cup lard or Crisco
    4/2 cup water
    5/2 tsp salt 3 cups flour

    In a large bowl put the lard or Crisco, water, salt and 1/2
    cup of the flour. Beat well, then dump in the rest of the
    flour in and stir until it's all mixed together well. Form
    into 6 balls with hands and roll out to fit pie plate.
