Ric/stern.. how do I try the MAP test?

I've been trying to read the instructions on this MAP test

But I get this error

Well OK, that is just the disclaimer.

I don't know how to use the program. Can anyone help me out?

Can I do the test alone? Do I need any equipment for the test?
