Anyone here running Richmond Va. Nov. 15th? I'll be there, my second marathon. I'm hoping to run a
3:30. (PB) Mark C

Yeah, I'm there! It'll be my first one. So~ I'm in the taper period = now. 20-miler (with hills)
last week, 12-miler for the long run this = week. Sure hope the weather cools off. This warm front
is great right = now- temps near 80 in the daytimes. But that would really mess-up the = times on a
marathon. Anyway- good luck...hope you get that elusive PB.
