I'm in Plainview. do the LIE service road, west hills park, avery hill etc.

usually ride at dawn during the week (10-20 miles) and early sunday mornings (25-50 miles).

how fast is B level ?

I live in Northport and work in Huntington so it would pretty easy to hook up for a ride. Just let me know when you want to take a ride, as long as the temps are a little warmer than they are at the moment.

Why not give me a call. I ride every weekend , so give me a call at 631-839-0693 or email [email protected]. I prefer to ride with another cyclist. It turns out to be much safer and a better ride.
