    What rider protection equipment is recommended.

    I have gotten into wearing a helmet, but nothing else.

    Generally speaking I drive 10 - 20 kms per day on bike paths, and twice
    a week on trail.

    Would be interested in recommended web sites for the needed equipment.

    Defiantly gloves and/ or wrist gaurds if you like. I wear some fox bike
    gloves and kh gray gloves.

    I now wear my gray KH wrist guard gloves for everything. I sometimes
    wear a helmet and occasionally wear 661 leg armor when dooing Muni. I
    think that a pair of Harbinger wrist guards would be better than the KH
    gloves for more intense trials and Muni but you cant comfortably hold a
    T7 handle with them on.
