Riding in Birmingham, AL

I'll be in Birmingham next week with a bike and some time to ride on Tuesday and Wednesday. Could
someone suggest some routes for 3-5 hour training rides. I'll pick up a AAA map before I go, but
local knowledge is always beneficial. I'm staying at the Sheraton, in case that helps.
