I'd still be cooking BBQ in a crock pot. So I'm thankful for

spatchcocked turkey (or chicken) breast-down on the smoker is
probably superior in taste to the traditional breast-up method.

On the grill, I prefer to do chickens legs down, on one of those "beer
can chicken" things, but without beer or (God forbid) Coca Cola. I
also break the joint where the thigh attaches to the pelvis and let
the legs kind of fan out away from the body. It cooks more evenly
that way. Tenting the breast with foil for the first part of the
cooking isn't a bad thing either.

Well, at this point I'm not sure either. I suppose it's one of those
threads that should never have been. He did say queen though which of
course I immediately took cause with. I don't know where the food stamps
