rim tape + tubulars?

Just got my tubular rims in the post and was going to mount them using tufo tape. I don't think I need rim tape - righ??

You don't need rim tape, but I would recommend using regular glue. The tufo tape stuff doesn't seem to hold as tight as normal glue does.

You definitely do not want to use rim tape.

+1 to both replies above. This is sound advice. I wonder how may people have actually tried to ride tubulars with rim tape ?
