I recieved a pair of these pedals (w/ cleats) but no directions on how to assemble them to the shoe? What type of shoe are the Richey V-3 pedals compatible with and how do you mount them to a shoe? The guy at a local bike shop had no clue!

LBS don't know!? Go to another LBS. Ritchey V3 are shimano SPD compatible mountain bike pedals. Buy SPD-style cleats as well as a compatible shoe. They'll mount them for you.
