Cinelli makes pink - your LBS that carries Cinelli should be able to order it for your or various online stores stock it. Search "cinelli handlebar tape" + pink.

I used to have a powder blue Trek with pink accents (not by choice, my red and black one was stolen and the new model year came in one color -blue with pink). I took it into a shop for a tune up and lube job once and the guy replaced my handlebar tape with this shiny pink stuff that looked like christmas package ribbon. He was so proud of it and made it out to be some really great gift he was giving me. My God I hated that stuff, but it took me years to bother to take it off.

Does anyone know of bar tape that is slightly larger than standard size? Sometimes I feel like the handlebars are too small and a slightly larger bar or thicker tape would really help.

They're all about the same thickness. You can either wrap on a second layer, or get gel pads that go under the tape.
