Road bike battle - Cannondale Vs Boardman ...Death of my Vitus 637...gone but not forgoten.

Hi all

I purchased an old Vitus 637 approx 18 months ago of a friend who had given up cycling and it has been a great road bike, quick, reliable and a pleasure to ride.

I've saved up for a year now and have 700 pounds to spend and have whittled it down to 2 bikes.

A Boardman Road Race Bike - Medium 2011 for £649 or........A Cannondale Synapse soRA 2011 for £700







Any suggestions on the best choice would be appreciated as i am still a novice rider or even a cheaper alternative
