purple/blue tarp wrap around a boot to keep from rubbing off skin(cigar
#2 in alliance search vessels. spot) on my new used waders neo spore no
cover.......and green backpack helment...... cigar scar...(E.T. 2 big
eye small jaw one maybe.lol)on new t.v. logal thru flyeyes vision..or
hat.... scar...

My racer de rail and chain id stiff. so by 1645 hour 4:45 p.m. not ride
today... chain lets lose of being a stick. solid all day........link
has a small pebble in it stuck with ice.. next day today.......last
night I retire to t.v movies vcr.....sleep...eat....... I give
up...everything still oil dirt muck up solid and frozen......on
bike...smoke blow 3 feet and can't.......need sanity.......under 2
sleeping bag winter .and drink grape juice..for enzines on ear fec..o.k.
look for anti biotics amoxicillin. causes bacteria, viruses and well
try viniger if swimmers ear from fall in lakes runs........ otitus
media........ maybe 6 beers in 40 mile and 16 mile.........just taste so
good fresh from the higher runs water.......in woods roads dirt

this a.m. at 0600. rag cleans and dirt oil grim dry muck clean

a rock suck in chain link in ice. and won't pass derail. no oil bike
just everything grime solid froze stuck shuts down bikes 2 bike......
ride for 2 days NOTRIDES now this week.....weather too bad too..bikes
shut down........
point..if derail moves up down as ride....
a rock stuck in it chain link..in winter well put d rail thru wheel.
whell frame derail bends..........and if frozen chain now
well stop from putting derail out 90° off of bike......... be
carefully out there.............
Mt bike.cannot remove shaft from frame in 3 sprocket.so just going with
it....... it very slow and direr some....butt in this weather and
terrain.argo to point a to b.and c and then some.......mt bike rocks...
all done outside weather......out of wind......... no warm garage
basement workshop central heat areas....weather x spores.....real
time....... what I am say said....and people here who are people.....who
know what I am here too.....

time o get readyto ride for 10¢ cans and too stoe for food.yummy

ski d can not for next 2 weeks look like too me.all people on foot or
bike.and cars one too......theyt team up and bag and walk best
areas..and then to stores..... and back homes...in there cars......some
park. walk area and ride too new areas...
there all not that many 10¢ cans then all the above happens.....then
the miles put on our good for training........ a win win for all.....i
