Witty that one! 🙂 For some reason they call it the "most muscular pose" but you need really big traps to pull it off. Schwarzennegger often hit a most muscular pose on the podium but you would never see Frank Zane go in for it. http://www.frankzane.com
As for constipation, I always figured Bruce Lee had problems judging by his facial expressions in those early movies he made. 🙂 :p

By the way, speaking of Zane he got knocked off his roadbike and winded up in hospital prior to the Sydney Olympia. It was that classic scenario of (1) cyclist rides down main street (2)driver opens car door (3) car door hits cyclist and sends him sprawling to the floor.
