Rohloff 14 gear speedhub

For my commuter bike, my latest kick has been to identify my
steady-state-no-wind-flat-surface cruising speed and choose a chain wheel that
will put me in gear 11 at that speed. Rohloff's gear 11 is direct drive - and,
presumably, the most efficient.

Works out pretty well at the top end. I've got three more gears up there - all
of which get used. At the bottom end, it's ok - just have to get out of the
saddle a little on really steep climbs... but I like to do that anyhow.
