A group of us are thinking about cycling round Lake Taupo at the Lake Taupo Cycle Challenge - three distance 160km
320km:| and 640km:O - and we need help.
1. Any advice from those that have done it before would be gratefully received.
2. Does anyone have a good training programme for a hilly 160km. I'm resonably fit but just a "little" chunky and hills kill me (but I always make it to the top).
