This park is going to be my focus for my next two rides, hopefully
next week. I miss Deer Creek Canyon and Mnt Falcon something fierce
and gotta get back to them due to the scenery, especially atop Deer
Creek Canyon, the best of all I've ever seen from all the trails I've
done. Ride-A-Lot don't know what he's missing. He ought to stop being
a wus, and accept hike-a-biking as part of MTBing, and the payoff is
scenery he never experienced in all the trails he, I mean she-he has
done.

But perhaps I'll find stuff I like about this huge network of trails
at White Ranch that I haven't yet discovered, seeing how I have only
done a small section of the network.

The water-bar stairs right at the start of the trail - wickedly tough
due to their length. This is looking up at them.

This is looking down, as you bike down them this is how it looks. And
the video of me attempting them is here:

I could not clear these rocks. Uh, I probably would have had I my
other bike. The tires, brakes, and specs of this old Diamond Back are
miserable and dangerous, compared to that Raleigh I had. Maxxis tires
make all the difference folks...!

scenic lake (man made, Wisconsin has them beat!), and multi-million

Freedom and beauty is what this represents to me..

I took the WhippleTree Trail to get to LongHorn.

If you're coming head on into the camera, this is lethal. The photo is
not a good photo, that it doesn't clarify that the right of the trail
is the side of a mountain/a drop, not a field of wild grass and
flowers as it looks. That's about a 30 foot drop downward, and this
indicates the technical difficulty of this trail, in that it's a 3
foot drop on & off rocks, of which you have to land on this 2 foot
wide trail. If you fall you will be seriously injured or die. Here's
the video:

This I did not ride with my bike. I hike-a-biked it, due to the
quality of my bike.

This is me coming down a mean rock section, photos included, I laid my
towel over a bush and then put the camera on the towel and tinkered
with it enough to be straight. The camera is sitting level, the trail
is very slanted, seeing how it's on the side of a mountain. I am
mocking "the Ride-A-Lot", who has the nerve to mock people when he is
severely limited in skill. What's funny is if he understood how his
weight centers itself, he could advance to black diamond level. Due to
psychological misfiring, he can't move forward. Here is the still
photo looking up of what I just rode in the video:

Ride-A-Lot can do this!! I can too, but not with the bike I had this
day

This is tough, a waterbar trap, with rocks all obtuse in shape, you
gotta go reasonably fast to get over the rocks, but if you can't go
too fast because the water bars will dump you, this is a unique
situation of which you have to adjust all your senses to interpret
accurately, and adjust, to clear it.

I have this on video and me explaining how difficult it is. I couldn't
ride this with the bike I have.
