Firm is a video series, lots of hot bods in lycra doing fast paced weight training, even
Mr.Advneture like it once in a while. I'ts a good workout, too.

Watching it sounds like a good workout, so long as the "hot bods" are of

that had beautiful women in really skimpy outfits. Made me wonder who the target market was. I'd
occasionally watch it, but I'd rarely exercise along with them.

We spin in front of the TV while we watch the hockey games...
I try and spin as hard as I can while the puck is in play and recover when the whistle is blown until the game play starts again... It's a killer when there is a good clean game going on...
