1 hour on the run.
2 hours on the trails.
Feeling a bit run down, with a cold now.
Got a duathlon with my fixie on the eastern shore this Saturday.

Being an older person I like Dixiland jazz (and the Norwegian group of youngsters called DIXI) but I've just heard on British radio about this US site.
I stick in an old jazz tune and name a performer and this page will give me a playlist of similar music some of which I may not have heard of before.
Anyone tried this?
For me to build a trail riding playlist (or two) can you suggest a couple of Your favorite riding tunes
I could try - any genre even opera.
