White Clay State Park / Middle Run Park, Delaware
The plan was to ride at Allaire, but it was evident that others were
going elsewhere. So, down to Delaware. It was a pretty good turn-out
for an alternate ride. I arrived early, so I did a few one mile loops
on the Judge Morris trails.

Things were a little mucky from the week's rain. But not a sinking mud.

But the DH through the fields were a lot of fun. They've added some
water bars for many air opportunities.

We head through the woods to a new trail system that has been opened
recently.

Why does Joe always have the same pose?

You gotta love all that chemical plant money in Delaware. They have so
much money from all those EPA pay-offs they can throw it into the park
system. Delaware is one of the few states that has actually expanded
their parks department and welcome mountain bikers (all kinds) with open
arms. To prove this, they actually built a freeride trail in Middle
Run. OK, the boards are a little wider than normal freeride stuff, but
for someone like me who has never ridden an elevated track, it sure was
a lot of fun. There are numerous stunts along this one mile loop. I'm
proud to say I rode every one of them!

After the fun we looped back to the parking lot. I also had jay shoot
some video with my helmet cam which should be ready sometime this week.
