    Strategically may make more sense to have points, places, and titles stripped after the fact. No matter how sketchy past history a matter of prudence would be hedging the bet with a presumption of innocence, not the other way around, at least until the race is over. It's not exactly like they are letting a child molester run around off the leash. I gather the Le Tour is over for this fella. Evidence must be pretty damning.

    It sounded Armstrongesque..."presumption of doping".
