Hi all, I'm hoping to run on a ten person team in the
Colorado Outward Bound Relay this Sept. 24-25 for the
"sociability" of it, beautiful scenery, and challenge.

endurance then speed, run a road 10k in about 48-49 minutes
recently. Getting ready to participate in a 1/2 ironman tri.
I would really enjoy being in the relay but the runners I
have spoken with so far have schedule conflicts, etc. I was
wondering if anyone reading this is forming a team and
looking for one more runner (me!). If so, I'd appreciate

live about 30 miles north of Denver so could meet
occasionally in Colorado if the group was planning any get
acquainted runs ahead of time
