where do you get replacement bolts and screws for your road bike? It seems like if you've done any adjustments to your seat or handlebars, then you're most likely going to have rust on the screws the next year

Any hardware store. Almost any bike shop. Screws are commodity items, after all.

I have had mixed results with Home Depot and other local h/w stores. But, I can almost always get exactly what I want from these guys:

Getting stainless fasteners will cut down on the rust problem.

There is also tastynuts... which has good reviews on weightweenies, and of course, there are a number of decent suppliers on e-bay.
