saddle problem

Hi I use the speacialized alias and its great! You have to set it as level as possible at first before trying any alteration to the tilt. Go to a shop where they have the bum measurement gel pad and they can tell you the best width. It is a little odd at first because when correctly fitted you rest on the bum bones rather than the normal position but I found it great after a week or 2! I highly reccomend it but also there is the new toupe version which is lighter and more racy. Also tilting the saddle down is usually for women up for men and pointing down leads to more pressure on the arms etc which isnt good for longer rides. Many of my freinds use the Fizik sadles which are also nice and they have a little more room so u can move about a little more than normal which helps move the pressure about.

Thank you for this information. I am looking at the specialized alias.
I am also looking at the Selle SMP type also. they look like they would do the job but are a bit on the pricey side but you also get what you pay for.
The bike I own is a Trek 2200
