Santa Cruz has been sold, Pon Holdings picked them up for an undisclosed amount Roskopp is going to stay, so I see this as positive as should only get better with more R&D cash behind them.

What do yall think?

Ah **** yea this could be it, pump out cheapo big box specials and just capitalize on the brand name.
I hope will the management team in place they will resist this plan if that's the case.
Time will tell I guess.
