Vehicles are major pollution contributor. It is the main producer of carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides and hydrocarbons. It is not only dangerous to the environment but also to our health. Poor air quality increases respiratory problems like asthma, bronchitis and can also be one of the causes of life-threatening diseases such as cancer. This is a very serious problem in our society today as almost everyone have vehicles and not all are environment friendly.

One way of contributing in saving the Earth and the future generation is by using bicycles in traveling short distances. It is not only good for the body, saves money but also for the environment.

You are right with the worsening air pollution in the world. Over here, cyclists are being warned of the air pollution that it can damage their lungs. And if we want to save the earth by using the bike, there should be a total stoppage for using vehicles that run on gasoline and diesel. Maybe the electric cars and electric bikes can save the atmosphere in the future. But for now, the situation will just get worse and worse unless the government takes the initiative on the issue.

Definitely, biking not only helps you become healthy, but also helps other people by reducing air pollution from vehicles. A lot of people use their cars even when they are going somewhere near which can easily be reached via biking or even walking.

Oh my god! I need to stop riding a bike to protect myself from inhaling dangerous pollutants and start taking the car everywhere.

Absolutely, using bicycles for short distances is a great way to reduce your carbon footprint and improve air quality. Plus, it has the added benefit of keeping you active and healthy!

When it comes to competitive cycling, it's important to be well-prepared for your races. This means not only training your body, but also making sure your bike is in top condition. Regular maintenance and tune-ups can help prevent mechanical issues during a race.

As for race tactics, it's important to conserve your energy and stay with the lead group for as long as possible. This can be challenging, as the pace can be very high, but trying to conserve energy in the early stages of the race can pay off in the final stages.

Additionally, staying alert and aware of your surroundings is crucial. Being able to anticipate and respond to changes in the race, such as attacks or changes in pace, can give you an advantage over your competitors.

Overall, success in competitive cycling requires a combination of physical preparation, strategic thinking, and mental toughness. By focusing on these areas, you can improve your performance and increase your chances of success in the sport. :)

Ah, yes, the noble bicycle, the knight in shining chrome that will single-handedly save us from the perils of air pollution. I'm sure we can all ditch our complicated, carbon-belching machines for the simplicity of a bicycle. Never mind the fact that we have to pedal for hours to get anywhere or that we'll arrive at our destination looking like we've just run a marathon. And let's not forget about the joy of biking in the pouring rain or the heat of summer. But hey, at least we'll be reducing our carbon footprint, one exhausting pedal stroke at a time.

In all seriousness though, it is a problem that needs addressing. Perhaps instead of expecting individuals to completely give up their vehicles, we should focus on encouraging the development and adoption of more environmentally friendly options. Electric vehicles, carpooling, and public transportation are all steps in the right direction. And of course, reducing the number of unnecessary car trips we make is always a good idea. So, let's put down the sarcasm and pick up some practical solutions instead. ;)
