I just saw some Bowflex weight scales that had a body fat % muscle mass % and some other options.
How accurate and reliable are they ? Is it a good investment, or should I just learn how to calculate on my own ?
Thanks,
-Greg

Garbage. Don't bother. I have an electronic "do everything" scale (not Bowflex's though) and it's extremely inaccurate.
My Tanita scale had me at 18% this morning. Yikes!!!🙂
I am not close to that number. 🙂
Like Tony says they are not accurate for BF measurement.
