Scholarship and grant recipients announced

The 2005 recipients of the Stenner Scholarships and grants were announced earlier this week. This year the USA Cycling Development Foundation awarded a combined $29,000 in scholarships and grants. Every year the USA Cycling Development Foundation presents two $2,000 scholarships
