does anyone know if there are products that help remove/cover up scratches on your bike? like touch-up paint.

It will be hard to find a touch up paint that is the exact same color as your bike. However depending on the depth of the scratches some can be rubbed or buffed out. These are usually only as deep as the clear coat if you have scratches that expose bare metal it is a good idea to get some sort of touch up on them just to protect the metal. Go to a local auto parts store and look around in the paint section they usually sell small touch up paints. Just look for one similar in color. There is a automotive paint supply store by my house that will mix custom PPG colors. If you could find a store like this and take them an example they might be able to get you pretty close. As a last resort or maybe a better match you can check out the paints at a craft store used for model cars. these come in a wide range of colors and are enamel based which should hold up pretty good.
