I have never give much thought to the care of my seat previously but having recently shelled out $$$ for a Fizik Aliente (black leather) and then ridden 200+ K in the rain I was wondering if there is anything I should do to ensure it's longevity? I presume the leather is pretty thin. I was wondering whether to use shoe polish or whether this would just leave me with a shiny ****.
