Seating/Correcting spoke line on INSIDE of hub flange

I'm building my first wheel using an old high-flange Normandy hub. 36, 3x. DT 2.0 straight gage
spokes (for minimal twist on my first try).

The hub flanges do not angle in toward the rim.

I have laced and taken the slack out of the wheel, but have not started to seriously tension it.

The spoke line of the outbound spokes (heads on inside of flange) needs correction, as usual.

The spoke line of the inbound spokes (heads outside flange) is good (straight), but there's about a
1.25 mm gap between the flange and the spoke. I'm not sure if the spokes are from the DT design
experiment or not.

I feel I should get rid of the gap, but that seems even more difficult than seating the
outbound spokes.

Should I ...

relace using washers?

attempt to forceably seat the gap as is?

not worry about it? (presumably because getting the spoke line right is more important than
"seating")

do something else?

With no tension on the spoke, just push on the spoke at the flange with your thumb...to make that
gap go away.
