Seeking advice for first mtb

Of course some one bought that bike right after I posted it.. As a 182cm man who rides a 56 or 57cm road bike it was likely to large anyway.

This bike is likely too small, but out of curiosity how much faster would an 20lbs XC rig be on light trials than my 33lbs scapegoat?
Ridden as a 27.5", selling as a 26"
Titanium, stripped frame. Very little damage. Sram XC 1 x 10 drive train, Sram Duess XC crankset with new Race Face 32 tooth ring. Avid Juicy Disc Brakes. Recently rebuilt Fox F80 fork. Please see pic's for the remaining details, pretty high end build.

By MY reckoning, the frame on that bike is probably TOO SMALL for you ...

It looks like a MEDIUM frame ...

So, it's okay for someone between 5'7" and 5'9" ... maybe, 5'10" if the person is used to a racing configuration where the seat to handlebar differential is typically slightly greater than a normal person would probably set up his bike ...
