I'm picking up a new road bike shortly (it's on order) and I want to get a new computer to go with it. The bike will have a Shimano Dura Ace drivetrain so I was thinking of a Flight Deck, but I've heard some people having issues with it. Showing what gear I'm in isn't essential....more a cool factor.
Anyone have recommendations? I probably want something wireless, possibly with cadence. Also, my heart rate monitor just died so I'll need to get a new one of those or perhaps it could be integrated into the computer. Not too concerned about the price....just something that is reliable and has plenty of functionality. Not too keen on Polar for some reason.

My personal experience is limited but.....I recommend SIGMA 1200 wireless. Two reasons - cost is right and customer service is excellent. I purchased the 1200 and a SIGMA heart monitor watch and have had great performance from both. The 1200 I purchased wasn't originally wireless, but SIGMA has a upgrade kit that made it wireless. I've asked SIGMA for help on broken pieces on both items and they quickly responded with new parts with no questions. I went direct to them for that help too. The wireless upgrade for the SIGMA computer works great. It is a little sluggish when it gets cold, but that's expected with the batteries involved. Good luck.
